Stop procrastinating!

Most of our frustrations come from idle mind. When we are not doing anything mind wanders and creates scenarios which may never happen in reality, but certainly cause frustration. And what causes the mind to be idle, more often than not its procrastination!

We decide on things, a to-do list. The things to do from 'tomorrow' which never comes and we postpone it for 'tomorrow' again. This cycle repeats and finally we end up throwing away the to-do list.

If we avoid this procrastination we can improve our life. The satisfaction after doing the things we plan is far better than the momentary relaxation we get from procrastination.

So plan today at this moment and execute it as soon as you can. You want to start exercise Don't say I will do it from tomorrow. Do it now.

You want to start working on that long lived dream, don't wait for perfect time. Start it now. You don't want to end up 'not dreaming' it one day.

You want to finish that book that's been lying on the table for months. Don't wait for the weekend. Finish it tonight.

Next time you find yourself procrastinating, remind yourself that if you are not doing it now you may never do it.So do it now. Do it for a few days without fail until it becomes a habit and then you will see the magic 😊
